Ashley will be here at Noon to run a yoga class with Parkour athletes' needs in mind. The class will focus on our joints, as well as common problem areas that Parkour athletes have such as hip-flexors, wrists, and ankles.While being more flexible won't directly help your Parkour performance, it is extremely beneficial for longevity in the sport. You will have less random pains in the body, if you fall you are much less likely to get hurt, and you will notice injuries healing faster.
