We are now offering a weekly Yoga class! This first class will act as a sampler to get an idea of what style of Yoga people like best.Weekly Yoga classes will begin in November, and will be every Thursday at 8:30pm. As the program grows, more classes with varying styles will be added.We have always viewed Yoga as an incredible supplement to your Parkour training. It can serve as a great cooldown after classes, and by increasing your flexibility, you will greatly reduce risk of injury during Parkour training.The event is FREE for all members, and $10 for non-members.You are welcome to bring your own Yoga equipment. If you don't have any, that is fine!
